HOW IT WORKS

  • 1. CONSULTATION & ASSESSMENT

    We begin with a complimentary virtual consultation to assess your needs and identify the categories in your home that require organisation systems. We’ll discuss your goals, budget, and the best solutions to create functional systems. We’ll then provide a personalised quote.

    Once you're ready to proceed, we will book in your Implementation Session.

  • 2. PLANNING SESSION (OPTIONAL)

    This session takes place in your home and allows us to look more closely at your space and develop a customised organisation plan. When complete, we’ll offer to walk you through our proposed approach, answer your questions, and incorporate your feedback before finalising the plan. After this, we will schedule your Implementation Session.

    Please note: If you have opted into our Sourcing Service, we’ll take any measurements needed during your Planning Session.

  • 3. SOURCING (OPTIONAL)

    If you choose to opt in to our Sourcing Service, we may need to visit your home to take measurements before conducting the sourcing. We will then curate a tailored selection of organisation solutions, such as storage containers, shelving, or drawer inserts, that align with your needs and aesthetic. You’ll have the option to review multiple choices for each item, and we’re happy to offer alternatives if needed.

    Please note: If you’ve opted for a Planning Session, we’ll complete all necessary measurements during that appointment, so no additional visit will be required.

  • 4. IMPLEMENTATION SESSION

    On the day of your Implementation Session, we will create and implement organisation systems for your chosen categories. This may involve optimising storage systems, incorporating new organisation layouts, or rearranging furniture.

    Once everything is in place, we will walk you and/or your staff through the new systems to ensure you fully understand how they work to support your routines and how to maintain them. After your walkthrough, we will make any adjustments you need to guarantee everything functions seamlessly and suits your preferences.

  • 5. ONGOING SUPPORT (OPTIONAL)

    For long-term organisation success, we offer follow-up support to ensure your systems continue working efficiently. Whether you need adjustments, additional storage solutions, or help maintaining your systems over time, we’re here to assist.
