Category Specific Organisation

Category-focused organisation tailored to your lifestyle

Our Category Specific Organisation Service organises the items that belong to one category or routine across your whole home, rather than room by room. Whether it is your hobbies, your packing or your family care routines, we design tailored, long-lasting systems that fit your space.

Our Category Specific Organisation Service is designed to streamline specific areas of your life, supporting your routines and improving the flow of your space. Whether you need systems for one category or several, we’ll create solutions that integrate seamlessly into your home.

Popular focus areas

  • Hobbies & Leisure

We bring order to equipment and supplies for hobbies such as crafting, music and cooking, creating dedicated storage that keeps everything together and ready to use.

  • Fitness & Wellness

We organise fitness equipment, accessories and wellness supplies, giving each category a clear place and making equipment easier to find, use and return.

  • Diet & Meal Planning

We arrange pantry ingredients, meal-preparation supplies and related kitchen storage around the way you shop, cook and plan meals throughout the week.

  • Family Care & Baby Routines

We organise baby essentials, toys and childcare supplies into practical categories, making everyday items easier for the household to find, use and put away.

  • Home Office & Work Zones

We establish clear storage and filing systems for work materials, stationery and equipment, helping home workspaces stay functional and organised across daily routines.

  • Holiday Packing & Travel

We arrange luggage, travel accessories and packing essentials into accessible systems, making it easier to prepare for trips and return everything to its place afterwards.

  • Seasonal Storage

We organise seasonal clothing, decorations and outdoor equipment with considered storage and clear categories, so items can be found and rotated when needed.

  • Staff Management

We organise household schedules, supplies and task information into accessible systems, helping staff find what they need and follow established household routines.

How it works

Consultation & Assessment

We begin with a complimentary virtual consultation to assess your needs and identify the categories in your home that require organisation systems. We’ll discuss your goals, budget, and the best solutions to create functional systems. We’ll then provide a personalised quote. Once you're ready to proceed, we will book in your Implementation Session.

Planning Session Optional

This session takes place in your home, so we can look closely at your space and develop a customised organisation plan. We walk you through it, answer your questions and incorporate your feedback before finalising the plan and scheduling your Implementation Session.

Please note: If you have opted into our Sourcing Service, we’ll take any measurements needed during your Planning Session.

Sourcing Optional

If you opt in to our Sourcing Service, we may first visit to take measurements, then curate organisation products such as storage containers, shelving or drawer inserts to suit your needs and aesthetic, with several options for each item. Your chosen items are delivered before your Implementation Session. To find out more about our Sourcing process, please click here.

Please note: If you’ve opted for a Planning Session, we’ll complete all necessary measurements during that appointment, so no additional visit will be required.

Implementation Session

On the day of your Implementation Session, we create and set up organisation systems for your chosen categories, which may involve optimising storage, new layouts or rearranging furniture.

We then walk you and your staff through the new systems, so you know how they support your routines and how to maintain them, and make any adjustments you need.

Ongoing Support Optional

For long-term organisation success, we offer follow-up support to ensure your systems continue working efficiently. Whether you need adjustments, additional storage solutions, or help maintaining your systems over time, we’re here to assist.
