As part of this service, we offer four weeks of complimentary follow-up support via text message, providing quick answers to any questions your staff may have.

STAFF MANUALS

We create bespoke staff manuals designed to support your team in upholding the highest standards of household care and presentation. These manuals can vary in detail depending on your needs, and may include:

  • A searchable guide to the location of household items for easy access and efficient management.

  • Detailed explanations of the organisational systems in place, along with clear steps for staff to follow in order to maintain them to the highest standard.

  • Clear instructions on how to care for clothing, including folding or hanging guidelines, ensuring everything is kept in pristine condition.

  • Example photos showing how things should be arranged or appear, providing clear visual references for staff.

  • Information on how to label items, with specifics on what should be labelled and how it should be done to maintain consistency.

  • Instructions for seasonal transitions, such as rotating wardrobe contents, changing table linens, or preparing the home for festive periods, with specific guidance on where to find and how to implement these items.

HOW IT WORKS

  • 1. CONSULTATION & ASSESSMENT

    We start with a complimentary virtual consultation to define your priorities and the type of guidance best suited to your household staff. Taking this into account, alongside your budget, we will then devise a quote for you. Once you have confirmed you are ready to move forward, we will get started on your Customised Training Plan.

  • 2. CUSTOMISED TRAINING PLAN

    Following the consultation, we create a bespoke training plan tailored to the priorities you’ve outlined - whether that’s wardrobe care, pantry upkeep, labelling processes, or maintaining household systems with precision and consistency. Once your plan is ready, we will email it to you for review and are happy to make any adjustments based on your feedback. Should you prefer a more in-depth discussion, we can arrange a meeting to talk through your notes. Once you are happy with the plan, we will schedule your training session.

  • 3. ON-SITE TRAINING

    On the day, we deliver hands-on training with your staff, providing clear instructions, practical demonstrations, and useful tips. We ensure they are confident in carrying out daily tasks to our standards, maintaining systems correctly, and preserving the overall order and presentation of your home. Our approach is supportive and practical, allowing your team to ask questions, build confidence, and fully understand how to implement what they’ve learned.

  • 4. STAFF MANUAL CREATION (OPTIONAL)

    We’ll develop a custom staff manual that aligns with the training. This can include anything from detailed garment care instructions to item location directories, ensuring your staff can maintain the highest standard of organisation at all times.

  • 5. ONGOING SUPPORT

    To ensure a seamless transition, we offer four weeks of complimentary follow-up support via text message, providing your staff with ongoing guidance as they begin implementing the training within your household.
