Our Unpacking Service provides hands-on support that turns the upheaval of moving into a calm experience. From the moment the boxes arrive, we unpack, categorise and organise your belongings into systems suited to your lifestyle, from the kitchen to the wardrobe, so your home feels like yours from the first day.
We can begin preparing before move-in or join you once your belongings have arrived, working through each room and establishing where everything belongs. Depending on the scope, we can also incorporate more detailed organisation and carefully sourced storage, so the finished home is set up around the way you intend to live in it.
What we offer
Packing Support
Ahead of your move, we pack every item with care, ready for an efficient unpack. We can also help you declutter at this stage, so you only move what you need.
Packing is an optional service, scoped and quoted separately from unpacking; for packing as part of a fully managed move, see our Moving Concierge Service.
Expert Unpacking
On move-in day, we unpack your belongings with care, sort each category and arrange the rooms around your routines. From kitchens and wardrobes to bathrooms and utility spaces, we consider where things belong, how often they are used and the storage available. Each room is set up to feel practical and familiar from the outset.
Pre-Arrival Preparation
Where access and timings allow, we can unpack before you arrive. Working from priorities agreed in advance, we arrange clothing, kitchen contents and daily essentials so that the most important rooms are ready to use. This is particularly helpful after a long move or when you prefer to settle in without managing the unpacking yourself.
Holiday Rental & Hotel Setups
For hotel stays and holiday rentals, we unpack and organise the belongings you bring with you. We arrange clothing, toiletries, accessories and everyday essentials around the available storage and the length of your stay. Everything is thoughtfully placed without permanently changing the property, so your accommodation works well from the beginning.
Once you have settled in, we can also arrange regular organising visits to look after the systems in your new home. These are separate from our Unpacking and Moving Concierge services.
