How it works

Consultation & Assessment

We begin with a complimentary virtual consultation to understand the items or collections you want to organise, your goals and the scale of the project, and then provide a quote.

Once you are ready to proceed, we develop a customised strategy for your Organisation Plan Presentation. If you already have a clear vision, we can go straight to the Implementation Session.

Organisation Plan Presentation Optional

In this virtual meeting, we present the plan we have designed for you, whether a digital archive, physical storage or both. We adjust it to your questions and feedback, then schedule your Implementation Session.

Sourcing Optional

If you include our Sourcing Service, we quote for it once your Organisation Plan is confirmed. We may first visit to take measurements, then curate a selection of products, such as photo albums or memory boxes, with several options for each item. Your chosen items are delivered before your Implementation Session.

Implementation Session

Once the strategy is approved, we will begin implementing the plan. Whether it’s digitising photos, setting up cloud storage, organising memorabilia, or creating beautiful albums, we will handle all the work, ensuring everything is organised, labelled, and accessible.

Ongoing Support Optional

For continued peace of mind, we offer follow-up support to ensure your photos and memorabilia stay organised and easily accessible. We can assist with any future updates or adjustments as your collection grows or changes.
